Apparently I was called but no message was left. Nevertheless, I received an email with all details I required.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

I did some part time work for a London University and needed to set up as self employed. I earned no money in the first tax year but not understanding the system incurred chargers from the Inland Revenue which got higher and higher the more I ignored it. I was told to get an account and Bilal was recommend by a family member who had used his services and was extremely happy.

How has Bilal Ahmad helped you?

Bilal listened to my story and helped me sort out what needed to be done. He worked out two years of outstanding Inland Revenue paperwork. The the most amazing things is he then negotiated with Inland Revenue making a case in regards to the outstanding charges and this was reduced to a fraction of what it was. I am ever so grateful! Many thanks !.

I can't think of anything he could have done better.

As an owner of growing business I needed advice of a professional, Proactive person regarding my Business and Tax Matters. An accountant who can deal and coordinate in my business Tax matters, so I may have the peace of mind.

Bilal happened to be the most reliable person with whom I can discuss my business Tax matters without any hesitation. He helped me through all of business tax affairs, he has saved my money by reducing tax bill at minimal level, he is reliable and proficient and updated with newly updated policies of Inland Revenue, as well as for my self-assessment. He has been able to provide all the accounts/tax/vat support that my business required.

Yes, he has the ability to get manage the business owners and individuals to deal with their tax matters, I can share gladly that his services were beyond my expectations, I am happy to continue to avail his services in future as it is a great relief for me as a business owner to leave all these burdens of dealing matters, with government authorities, with a reliable accountant like Bilal Ahmad.

What could they have done better?

I may not have found any lack in the services that I’ve been provided by him in last year. I don’t think that there was any requirement of improvements in things during his dealings with my tax affairs. His services are exceptional as accountant/tax advisor. I am very happy that the service provided, exactly met my needs.

I became self employed and needed advice in order to set myself up properly.

Bilal helped me through my self assessment and had given me advice on how to set myself up as a sole trader.
